[Spooks] V02a stepped on by SK01 17435 kHz 1700

V02a in progress on 17435 kHz at 1730 on 23 March 09.  The messages had 
9s in the groups.  The voice was suddenly replaced by SK01 which made 3 
or 4 RDFT transmissions in a row before vanishing and leaving V02a to 
it.  Mode is confirmed as RDFT.  Sounded like the same transmitter. 
V02a cut out completely.  No heterodynes.

SK01 is way too in and out for decoding here since they stopped using 
the big transmitter.
