I know this is old news, but I finally got around to searching my logs. 
  I found this entry:

HFLog.txt(6548): 031607	1657	17436	AM		Salsa music on carrier, then

I wonder if the message number 12382 was intended for Gwendolyn Myers? 
I didn't find any logged as 202XX.
