[Spooks] Radio Havana audio mixed with numbers?

Hello All,

I understand that there was a voice Cuban numbers broadcast in which
audio from Radio Havana Cuba was inadvertently mixed in...

Does anyone know the date, time and frequency of this broadcast?
Does anyone have a recording of it?
Any pointers?
