and here are some of ALF's recent no-ALE loggings.


A question to our "spooks" fans:

First time that I saw a modified V-mkr of the Chinese Military
Enigma M89. Last night on 8385 kHz they send just "DE MB3R MB3R V".
MB3R belongs to the pair "YA6X/MB3R"
Some days before YA6X was one the same channel with the usual 
Enigma M89 calling marker "MB3R MB3R MB3R DE YA6X YA6X V".

Has anyone logged such a shortened marker before?

Usually only one callsign of the Enigma M89-callsign pair is on
the "DE" side, this time I first saw a "DE" from the other partner?!?

The marker last night did not look like garbled !

Any comments from the spooks ?
