[Spooks] Havana Moon's "Uno, Dos, Cuatro"

Over 20 years later? They have been using 4028 since at least about 1970.
That's when I, as a newly licensed radio amateur, stumbled across them just
above the 75-meter amateur band. I had no idea at the time what I was
listening to. I found out when Popular Electronics ran an article on spy
numbers stations.
