[Spooks] E10@0100 on 3840 and recording devices

Hi there, just a quick note to say I am picking up what I believe to
be E10 a lot recently at 0100 on 3840 and I would like to know how I
should be logging this to the group.

Also on a related note, can anyone recommend a cheap USB based
recorder that doesn't interfere too much with radios so I can start
catching these very strange noises I am picking up around 3800-4000.
It sounds like someone playing space invaders really quickly with the
occasional squelch in the background.  Any ideas?
