That was probably E10, which is believed to be run by Mossad. Normally the callsign designated to that freq would be "EZI" which frequently sends messages.

I was listening with my 1103 last night and managed to pick up a young
lady reading out NATO phonetics on 6840 ssb at about 03:00, any idea
what this might of been?
