E03 - Id-list January 2008 - phase 1 : changes

No changes in this phase.

Note:

E03 ops are now keeping the clock very accurately!

There the technical quality improved much, no more cut-offs, sudden
dropouts etc. Sometimes there is a slightly defective voicemachine on 1
of the 3 frequencies.=)
