At 1758, following the sign off of the standard V02a at 1741, a very 
strong USB signal was heard with the two RDFT pilot tones.  These were 
sent in several 2-second key-downs, enabling me (and everyone else) to 
get DIGTRX started. Promptly at 1800, the short file 48762671.TXT was 
sent.  There were none of the usual 2323... type delimiters, only a 
block of apparent 8-bit binary, which hex dumps as follows:
