[Spooks] Some no-CIS CW loggings

... and here are some no-CIS-military CW loggings ;-)

CW is still alive !!

Who is the Russian coastal station "UHX". 
On 2420 kHz a Russian vessel send TGMs in CW to them. 

As the msgs addressee header gave "ASTRAHANX", 
maybe it is "an Astrakhan Radio"? 
A fleet HQ shore station ? 
On which frequency they are active (was a duplex circuit) ?

Can't find any refer to a callsign UHX anywhere...

... any recent ID for the exact TX location for the M51 transmissions?
... all M51, FAV22, REF National CW Net came from the same location?  
... ;-)
