17436.0 USB (actually AM on 17435, but my Ethernet card transmits there).

Cuban digital RDFT file transfer mode (SK01), with repeated transfers of
71 byte file 50109981.TXT between 1600 and 1630 UTC. Usual huge
carrier. (15 Apr 08)

Some people have noted that when a file is a straight binary, the second
character (in ASCII) is a "b." This time it's an "a." Stands for
ASCII? Are we supposed to treat this as an ASCII file instead of their
usual binary whatever?

If it does stand for ASCII, then what we have here is a file of question
marks (hex 3F, decimal 63).

No comprendo.
