    This was probably a Cuban V2a sked.  It could be a new sked at 1000z. 
There is a daily 0900z sked on 9040m and a daily 1000z on 9240m sked.  So 
9050m at 1000z is possibly new.  The Cubans end their sked with "FINAL FINAL 
FINAL"
    Hope this helps.  Check it out again next Monday.  You might also try 
other days of the week to see if it returns.
