E10 is still very alive out there, maybe the difficulty of E10 reception in North America is the reason.

Still plenty of reports in from Europe

Hello Spooks,
    I thought I was imagining it, or maybe I had bad equipment, but I 
haven't heard E10 for months.  It used to be one of the most active 
spooks out there.  I did a quick seach of the database and it seems that 
E10 reports from North America have dropped in the last 3 months.  Does 
anyone know if they're using a different transmitter, or if this is just 
another sign of the bottom of the sunspot cycle?  Most American reports 
now are the Cubans, with Mossad and LP alost absent.
