seperating segments.

checking UDXF, e2k and Spooks for mentions in the last 18 months
offer reports on the following freqs.
3881, 4051, 4411, 4439, 4526, 4857, 4963/4964, 5192.5, 5200, 
5286, 5892, 6723.5, 6825, 6914, 6950, 7536, 7623, 7789, 
9123.5, and 9450 kHz.
