[Spooks] ready ready?

Greetings, List.

I didn't hear this one on the radio, but I've been tracking it for
some time now.  There is a twitter account called 'ready ready' that
I've stumbled upon.  Here is a link to their profile:

They seem to post numbers frequently.  I've been trying to decipher
their posts, but I haven't had much luck.  I thought that perhaps
their profile picture had something to do with the numbers.

I also noticed that there is a station id for a station called 'Ready
Ready' (see http://www.spynumbers.com/profiles/index.html?ENIGMA=E1).
I wonder if the two are related?
