[Spooks] 1600+1700 V2a Skeds

Hi Folks,

Doing a bandscan came up with the following freqs.

1600 -  9060 Possibly replacing the 7975 freq in used for a VERY long time. Interesting enough (But not Earth-shattering)  the tx abruptly stopped 1620 and never returned. 

1700 - 9323 Replacing 8010, also cut off early 20 minutes into the tx. 

Looking forward to seeing what the next couple of days brings. The 9 MHz freqs offer better reception this time of day.
