[Spooks] 4096.5 KHz CW

I am centered on 4096.5 KHz, CW mode 2 KHz wide filter and I can hear and
see (using Argo) three pulsed carriers, three steady carriers and on rare
occasion a "pair" of carriers within 1100 Hz of bandwidth.  There are a few
interesting sweeping signals as well, one a very defined carrier, the other
fast passing broadband noise.  It didn't occur to me until the signals faded
out, that I should have made a small audio recording to include in my .zip
file as well.
