[Spooks] v2a spurr

a v2a was reported last TUE on 13380 LSB

this freq has now been confirmed to be a transmitter spurr.
I now have, as i write this, v2a
on 13380.2 kHz DSB (no carrier) in parallel
with the v2a on 7887 kHz.
