[Spooks] 17435 and 7200

SK01 back again on 17435 USB with brief transmissions every 7-10 minutes
in RDFT mode. This sked has been on every day since Monday. Started at
1700, still in progress. DIGTRX detects the right mode and syncs up, but
fades are too deep for full copy. Plus the software is buggy and keeps
giving invalid pointer errors and crashing. I am told that turning off
multithreading in BIOS might help. I don't go into BIOS to fix people's
code. They have to fix their code themselves. Besides I make my living
with multithreading turned on.

Today's file is 85541336.txt. The delimiter is 23232323...33 . The
messages superficially look like 8-bit garbage, but note how the garbage
repeats. You can see where the bad blocks differ, but everything else
is the same. Repeated garbage is always of interest to the sigint people
among us, because it would give the idea they wanted to send it that
way, and one person's garbage is another person's information.

Here goes:

In other news, there was no digital buzz on 7200 last night. Just the
AM broadcasters, none of which were anywhere near strong enough to have
been the mystery signal. Given the 24/7 broadcast use of the frequency,
perhaps a jammer?
