    Hi Kurt.  Can you be more specific?  What time and day did you hear 
this?  What sort of traffic or chatter was the target using cut numbers in?
    M8a has some known freqs nearby.  Such as: 5762m and 5788m.  V2a has a 
sked right on 5800m, but that is voice.
    Any additional information may help.
