Hi Chris,
Hearing this for quite a few weeks now, over here it's a clean S9+10, 16.15 GMT, 
between the musical tones it's playing birdsong. Think it's possibly the 
signature for a BC - but as there's an "oriental" flavour to the music is it a 
Chinese "musijam" ?
Will watch it for a while.
