[Spooks] V2A anomaly

Hi Chris,

I am hearing it currently on 7975, nothing however on
6867. On September 7th I recall a tx where the callups
were done in this new voice, the rest reverted to
normal voice. This TX seems to be all in the new
voice, let's see what the 1700 TX does.
