[Spooks] russian spy in Montreal with a shortwave radio

Those crazy russians...first they poison a former spy in a London
Sushi restaurant (shades of the Bulgarian dissident murder/poisoned
umbrella tip in 1978) and now they are still using shortwave to
communicate to operatives in the field in Canada no less!
Now we just need Radio Moscow to broadcast the Internationale and
we'll be back to the good ol' days.
