It's actually a New York phone number :)

Someone was going to try and figure out what the message said a few =
weeks back...=20

I just listened to the number, at 1658Z, and the recording (MM/EE) Is =
415 groups, recorded

Starting with 01305

I didn't listen to all of the recording for I was on my cell...

Very interesting indeed...
