[Spooks] Whale signal ii up on 8707.3

Anyone remember the whale sig? Weird thing I have
reported it several times but I guess no one cares
anymore I think it was up about a yr. ago well its
up again on 8707.3 at 2300 UTC real heavy sig in
NW Wisconsin...anyone remember what this sig was
or if was ever determinded what origin it had?
