HI Tom:

It's just a feeling, but you might want to try different antennas to see 
if it's coming from in your house.
10.240 Mhz is the frequency used with the MC 145152 PLL when the channel 
spacing is 10 kHz, see my web page:

You may have a receiver that uses that PLL chip and it's radiating.
