[Spooks] Need help identifying something weird

Wow, that is really bizarre.
I'm listening to it now. In format and number groups (5 numbers per
group) it certainly sounds like a spynumbers station.
What's the likelihood a clandestine agent would use Craigslist and
PTSN to pass secret info? It seems a lot more risky to me than using
shortwave. IN particular, who pays for this phone number?
This couldn't be part of that Google "Da Vinci Code" contest, could it?
I ran a couple of reverse lookups on the number 212-796-0735...nothing came up.
