I often hear little data bursts on the same frequencies as E03.  They 
sound much like the data bursts that accompanied the Yosemite Sam signals 
of about a year ago.  I haven't analyzed them to see if they are in fact 
of the same character.

I doubt these data bursts are being sent along with E03 signals.  I think 
they are just coincidental and from another source. I have heard them on 
other frequencies, too.
