Hi Neelix,

this station is a coast station: "Olympia Radio". "SVO" is the callsign of 
this station. It's coming from Greece, where also comes the spoken variant 
from, which transmits in Greek and English (the popular freq of this one is 
13170 kHz). But on 12603 kHz you can also find E03 again.
