[Spooks] Unknown CW numbers station on 9128

Hi

16:05 today 31/1/06 on 9128 I came across a CW station just getting started.
Long zeros were used together with ..--.. Between sections.
Odder still was the ending that went AR AR. There were also no gaps between
number groups.
I have this as a M12 frequency.
Here is what I caught:
