i monitor 11.175 usb i called offit air base to ask
what is this i am  
hearing on short wave as the are using numbers and the
say this is 
offit out  they 
would not answer me and then called me and told me to
not worry about 
this  i 
could be investegated for asking i very quickly said <
F  you  > to her 
and 
told her i am a tax payer i will ask what i want when
i  want and that 
was that 
dont worry about him they brain wash them into
thinking  everyone is 
the badguys"

A friend of mine decided to fire up his pirate
transmitter on 11175 and asked them for a radio check,
the operator told him his radio was fine but to please
get off the frequency.

I am sure they accept some QRM as I have heard the
fishing boats transmit on there occasionally, but
intentional jamming is another thing.

Nothing wrong with questioning your government, after
all if you think it's looking after your best
interests  you must be watching too many Bush speeches
and/or corporate news channels.
