I used to send those messages from Offutt and knowing what the status of  
that station is currently in I am betting he was talking to an telephone  
operator at the main base who wouldn't know an EAM if it bit them on the  butt.  The 
Global station is 40 miles away form Offutt and half the  population of Offutt 
doesn't know what it is or what it's mission is.
