i monitor 11.175 usb i called offit air base to ask what is this i am  
hearing on short wave as the are using numbers and the say this is offit out  they 
would not answer me and then called me and told me to not worry about this  i 
could be investegated for asking i very quickly said < F  you  > to her and 
told her i am a tax payer i will ask what i want when i  want and that was that 
dont worry about him they brain wash them into thinking  everyone is the badguys
