[Spooks] M8a instead of V2a

While waiting to confirm the newly reported 1300 UTC sending of V2a this
morning, M8a came up instead. 2/18/06, 10566 Khz, USB, 1300 - 1340. Very
good quality.

I know this happens from time to time, but a surprise none the less. My
Morse code is quite poor, and the decoder wasn't on, so I missed the call
up. However, it was clearly an initial call up and 5 "cut" number sets. I
did get several "A"'s and "O"'s scattered throughout. Ended "AR AR AR B? B?
B?" (question marks being a letter I didn't know.)
