[Spooks] New Voice for V2a

Hi List:

    The new voice on the Cuban networks is now broadcasting at 1600z on 
7975m.  The callup is:

A 82922 38802 01670

    You should be able to pick up the repeat at 1700z on 8010m.

    Note, that she uses "0" as the last number in the third callup.  Any 
ideas why?

    I find her easier to understand than the old voice.  She enunciates the 
numbers much clearer.  At present the Cubans are using this voice sparingly.

    You might also check these skeds today, to see if they use the new M8a 
format also, plus another V2a later.
