Hi Axel, Spooks:

again it happened, but this time 2 days after the 
beginning of a E03 2-weekly period:

An ID changed: the msg all day at 1300z and rpt. on
each day at alternating times between 1900z and 2100z
changed from 67992 to 30744 !

Fortunatley I logged the 67992-message!

It seems to be that this applies to the 1300z slot
more often. Also there was the oddity that the ID
25506 was used in 2 periods, but with different msg
after 2 weeks!
