[Spooks] Mysterial to Mein Fraulien solved!

One of the alleged decryptions thanks the Spooks list for being "good 
sports!"

I don't know, but any conceptual artist can tell you that a close 
examination of the way it was deconstructed by the rest of the world, and 
especially the computer-geek and radio monitoring communities, will yield a 
huge amount of relevant information.  In fact, some conceptualists consider 
the presentation of what they learned, a debriefing if you will, to actually 
BE the art.

I know I learned plenty about our hobby, and a little about myself.
