[Spooks] funny morse

hi everyone,

I was scanning some freqs using a node from dxtuners.com and came accross this funny morse or tones on the following frequency

DXtuner node: Geneva, CH
12.603 USB 6K

Its just the same tones repeating over and over again. I assume its morse but maybe someone can tell me what the frequency is or used for etc.

It was just weird for a newbie to come accross so it intrigued me
