Correct translation: "C'est bien de voir un Québécois ici!"
I admit my english is worst than your french so I'll be indulgent ;-)
Thanks to everyones who answered my "Montreal Neighbourghood" mail,
quebecers and americans too! Effectively, it remains me Montreal is quite
near of the US frontier!
It's also super to communicate with others who share the same obsession
than me! You're the firsts I "met" in my whole life, I began to listen 20
years ago! Clearly I was too stupid to do a web search on the subject...
But how could I? I didn't know how to call these strange shortwave
transmissions, I didn't know neither that was spy communications! It was
one of the big enigma of the world finally resolved when I saw by accident
a spy number wepage, I was searching for normal shortwave stations
schedule... It was only 2 years ago!
I'm planning to develop a software for macintosh that can generate
one-time pads, encrypt a message and spell the numbers with a selection of
voices. All you need with this is a radio transmitter and you're ready to
start a spy carrier! just kidding.... But I'm really planing to develop
this software, which will be a freeware for those interested.
I'm wondering if this kind of software already exists (one time-pad and
audio stream encryption). If so, on which platforms?
Patrice
