Hi CJ,
Very very unlikely to be E5, it ceased OCT 2003. (although stations have come back from 
the dead)
What was it about the sig that made you think E5 ?, was it YL or OM ?, can you remember 
what the groups sounded like - 5 numbers or a 3/2 split, was it live or a synth recording, 
were there any associated musical tones before or after, what was the ending ?
