Whatever HAARP is for, I think it's pretty cool there's still research
going on in HF. Nobody but Hams and SWL really speak up for HF
anymore, but I guess there's still some cutting edge research going
on.
Still though, the idea of messing with the earth's atmosphere is a
little scary, but that's just my ignorance about how it all works
talking.
