[Spooks] Crypto quiz N&O #100

Hi all,

I noticed that the info about the crypto quiz in N&O #100 was incomplete.
Besides that, not all simulators have the same rotors. I used this simulator
from Dirk Rijmenants' website: EnigmaSim v4.2.0

Here is the corrected quiz:

Can you decode the 5-letter groups below? I encrypted it with a 3-rotor 
ENIGMA simulator. Rotor settings: Rotor 1: A, rotor 2: R, rotor 3: Y.
I had two plugs connected; A1=B and B2=A. 

The first reader who sends me the correct translation will get a copy of 
the third WUN CD and the second one will get a copy of the book "Statewatching
the new Europe". This is the sentence that has to be decoded:
