[Spooks] New Joiner - Which Radio to listen to number stations?

Hello list,
Ive recently learnt about number stations and im
really facinated!
I want to start listening to these transmissions but I
really dont know much about shortwave radio.
Can someone point me in the direction of a good (low
cost) radio that would suite me as a beginner?
