Hi Mike and the group
I analysed your Mp3 file and it is an Over the horizon radar transmitter.
Bandwidth is about 20 kilohertz and it transmits 25 hertz spaced carriers in
burst of 40 milliseconds
This one can be heard all over the HF spectrum and is thought to be
transmitting from Spain
