[Spooks] Data bursts on E03

Today I was listening to E03 Lincolnshire Poacher on 14487 from 
1300-1345Z.  After the transmission was over, I kept the receiver on that 
frequency as I went about other chores.  After the E03 transmission ended 
I heard sporadic data bursts that sounded very similar to the bursts that 
began the Yosemite Sam transmissions. They occurred at random about every 
couple minutes and each data burst lasted 1 to 1 1/2 seconds.

I didn't have the rig hooked to my computer so I couldn't get a waterfall 
display of what I was hearing.  But I really became curious if it was the 
same system of data transmission as YS and if it was from the same 
transmitter as E03, or if it was from another transmitter unassociated 
with E03.
