[Spooks] 6790 ISB Unusual broadcast

3/26/05; 6790 ISB (best in USB here), S 7, 0225+.  Sounds very similar to a
background loop for a techno dance piece.  A sort of digital decreasing tone
repeated ad nauseum.  No carrier, but audible in both side bands.

I got this from a tip on the FRN site.  (I think someone thought it was a
pirate playing techno at first.)  The first report there was from 2043 UTC.
I haven't checked the sound files to see if it is like anything there yet,
but it's not familiar to me.

Any ideas?
