[Spooks] Now there are two Sam freqs, 1770 and 3890

An Arizona listener on WUN found Sam on 1770 kHz DSB at 0910 UTC (middle of
the night local time).  It was 30 seconds before the 3890 transmission.  The
signal is now back to tone burst and garbled voice.

More frequencies are likely.
