[Spooks] XSW tonights voice traffic

I notice many posts of audio are in .mp3 format.  Does anyone have a quick
link to a small yet effective conversion program, from .mp3 to .wav?  I've
tried a few in the past, but they are either large programs, 5 - 20 MB or
didn't work well if at all.

Any ideas appreciated.
