[Spooks] Unid signal 4717

I knew your call was familiar!  I got a lot of info from you site
about 8-10 months ago for building beacons.  I even emailed you.  Is
it worth it putting up a 10m beacon?  A lot of people have said it
would be nice to have another MN 10m beacon.
