[Spooks] E3a (E4)

Hi Mike.
I think Ary has posted the current skeds and frequencies.
I've received E3a on 13866 & 16084khz before here at my QTH , but not 
recently !
The other frequencies are ones that have been listed as being used at one 
point or another.
Summer/winter propagation may be a deciding factor.
